- Now for making caramel take 1 cup of sugar. Put it in a pan and melt it on a high flame. When the sugar starts melting switch the flame to medium.
- Now when sugar melts add 2 tbsp butter and mix it well.
- Now cook the caramel for a minute and when the bubbles appear in the caramel immediately turn off the flame and add 1/4 TSP of baking soda. Immediately after adding it caramels color will change. Mix it properly.
- Now add the prepared popcorn to the caramel and mix it well.
- Take popcorn out of pan in a flat plate or a bowl and let it cool.
