- Shread the oha leaves and cut then rinse.
- Boil the meat and stockfish.season very well with salt,onion and stockfish pour in more water and palmoil after 12 minutes spribkle in grinded achi.the soup will be thick because of d achi then put in crayfish,salt,uziza seeds,pepper,ogiri, boil very well and put the oha leaves.simmer for 2mins.
