- Ik bartan main besan،red chili,salt dal kar achi tara mix karain or tora tora pani dal kar bettwr tiyar karain.na ziyada thik ho ona ziyada patala.
- Ab band ghobi ka ik pata lain us par tiyar ki hoi filling rakain.or side se cover kar k roll karain.sary roll esy hi tiyar kara lain.chink band ghobi boil ki hoi thi to us k baty hud chipak jain gy pani ya kuch or lagany ki zarorat nahi.
- Karahi main tail dal lain or midium anch par gram kara lain ik roll ko besan k beter main dip kar k tail main dala lain.buhat taiz and par na pakain.bilkul midium anch rakain.or golden hoby par nikal lain.
