- Usi pateeli mai ghee dalen aur adrak lahesan k paste daal kr fry kren phr zeera 1 tbsp, garam masala, lal mirch 2 tbsp, tikka masala 2 tbsp, hari mirch crush ki hoi 1 tbsp aur namak to taste add kren aur bhoon len, phr is mai merinate kia howa baki masala jo bach gaya tha wo add kr len aur achi tarah bhoon len.
