- Now break the eggs and put in the bowl add chopped onion, green chilli turmeric powder,red chilli powder and salt mix and stir,and put oil in the heated pan after that put the egg mix and spread to the pan,add little bit of oil to the pan fry and roll the omelette,
- And serve hot,porota and dimer omelette.
