- Now Knead a dough with sugar syrup. It's dough is hard. Don't Knead dough like a chapati dough.
- Cover the dough and rest for 15 minutes. Now take a rolling board and take some portion of dough roll it with rolling pin. Don't roll too much thin or don't roll too much thick.
- This is sweet that's why is it's sides looking cracked. Shape them with your favourite mould or with any simple glass.after that roll it one or two times more.
- After that heat frying pan and pour oil for frying.now fry it on medium low flame.stir occasionally.
- When you see it's come in golden brown colour remove it on any plate.flame should be low or medium.
