- Pour ghee from the pan & let the khurchan remain in the strainer,after 5 minutes shift the Khurchan to a plate
- Boil water in a pan & then mix jaggery in it, and let it boil for nearly 5 minutes on low to medium flame
- Now put the Khurchan in the pan and mix it well,till the mixture doesn't get dry
- Now spread the mixture evenly on a greased tray & let it cool
- After 1/2 an hour,cut it in shape of Burfi shape. Fridge it for 1/2 an hour
- Ready to eat. In most of the houses ghee is used & the leftover (khurchan) is thrown away.but by making the Burfi, it is BEST from WASTE ie from leftover (khurchan)
