- in another clean non-stick frying pan, add 1/2 teaspoon of margarine, then add the eggs, when staring to be kinda dry, flip on other side, wait for 2 mins, then serve.
Repeat procedure on the opposite edge. Loosen omelet with a spatula, and fold in half. Carefully slide omelet onto a platter. Cut omelet in half, and sprinkle with black pepper. Fluffy eggs are filled with flavorful caramelized onions and sharp Swiss cheese in an omelette inspired by the flavors of French onion soup.
