- Add turmeric and 3 cups water(the batter should be more pourable in consistency) and mix well without lumps and add sugar
- Spread the batter on a tawa like dosa, but dont use the spatula too much and spread… U have to jus pour the batter circularly and then slightly spread by rotating the tawa
- Now serve it hot with chutney….
