- Slice veggies, onions, pepper, and sausage. put vegetable oil in a pan and slightly stir fry sausage and set aside amongst others.q
- Boil water, add your noodles at boiling point, allow for a minute and sieve off the water (I just do it) add a little water back in the pot and put noodles back in add the noodles chilli, and the sliced veggies, onions and pepper and a few drops of veg oil, gives it that glowey look, stir and allow for a minute and bring down.
- In a pan, add veg oil on low heat, break egg, add a pinch of salt and whisk then put it the pan and increase heat to medium, use a frying spoon and turn the other side after 30 seconds allow for about a minute and turn off heat.
- Serve and enjoy meal.
