Instructions to make Native soup:
- Break the shell of the snail and wash with warm water and alum very well.till is no more slimmer.
- Deborn the smoled fish,wash and remove the head from the peri wrinkle.
- Boil the fresh beef with onion,knorr cubes and salt.boil for 25minites.
- Add redoil and boil both for 8minutes.then dissolve the ofo with a little amount of water and pour inside the pot.
- Stir very well till no lump is seen.then after 8minutes.add the crayfish,fresh pepper,smoked fish,salt and knorr cubes.
- Boil more and taste then pour in peri wrinkle after 2 minutes then pour in the uziza leaves
- Turn very well
