Use a knife to cut out the eye of the snail and also remove the excreta. Wash finally with cold water and drain to remove excess water.
- Boil the snail meat with little seasoning, drain off the water and then fry dry with palm oil.
- Blend pepper and onion together (not smooth) fry with little palm oil, add some salt and seasoning. Pour in the salted snails and stir fry until the ingredients are combined.
