Instructions to make Arbi ki sabji:
- Peel, wash and cut into pieces arvi.
- Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the arvi till it become light golden brown keep aside.
- Now heat the oil in pressure cooker add cumin seeds let them add ginge garlic paste, onion puree, tomato puree.
- Now add dry spices turmeric, coriander, red chilli powder and salt,chat masala cook the masala for 2 minute.
- Now add Ravi. And add water. Cook for 10 minutes.
- Ready to serve arbi sabji.
This flavorful recipe is vegan and gluten-free. Serve with chapati, roti, naan or poori. Among root vegetables, kids and hubby enjoy arbi more than potato so I tend to make Arbi ki Sabji quite often.
