- Add some salt, seasoning cubes, blended garlic and ginger, cinnamon and curry powder
- Stir well and allow it fry for about 2 minutes
- Once your snail is well cooked, drain out the water and pour the snail into the pepper sauce.
- Stir well, cover the pan and allow it cook for another 2 minutes.
- Turn out the heat, and voilà, your peppered snail is ready for consumption. Enjoy with any drink of your choice
