Place first four salad ingredients in a large bowl; toss with dressing. Whisk all ingredients except oils in a large bowl. Slowly drizzle in oils while whisking. Taste and adjust seasoning with more salt and lime juice if needed.
Steps to make Thai Coleslaw:
- In a mixing bowl mix together all the Coleslaw Sauce ingredients
- In a large mixing bowl mix together the cabbage, carrots, cilantro and peanuts
- Add desired amount of sauce into the slaw. Make sure that you don't just dump all the sauce or else it'll be very soggy
- Refrigerated until cold, in our house we like to use this recipe on top of Turkey burgers
Slowly drizzle in oils while whisking. Taste and adjust seasoning with more salt and lime juice if needed. Combine the vegetables in a large bowl, season with salt and pepper. Drizzle sauce over veggies and toss to coat evenly. It is something that you do not hear that often.
